Please note, when you will place an order for an illustration:

1. If you want an illustration in other sizes, not listed in the above, please feel free to contact us.
We will send you the estimate for that by e-mail.

2. Normally, illustrations are delivered within 6 working days( sometimes sooner) after we have confirmed your advance payment.
When there are modifications, extra 6-10 working days will be required for the product.
If you need your illustration by the specific date, please let us know about that and we will ask the illustrator whether they are able to meet it or not.
In some cases an additional cost might to be charged for an urgent order.

3. We provide you only with image data, no printed illustrations.
Therefore, if you need to print them out, please contact your local services or print out by yourself.
